IJA signs VHP sugar supply line out of Brazil.

A multi-year offtake on Raw VHP sugar from a Centre-South Brazilian mill secures recurring tonnage into IJA's West African and Indian demand book.

The agreement covers 240,000 metric tonnes per crop year, 50/50 between Brazilian export terminals at Santos and Paranaguá, on FOB terms with optional CFR delivery into Tema and Mundra.

Pricing references the ICE NY11 futures contract with a basis fixed by mutual agreement during each shipping window. Hedging will be executed through IJA's London desk.

We see structural demand for raw VHP into both the West African refining hubs and the Indian re-export market — the supply line gives IJA the recurring origin position to participate.
